Paper Tape Studies are individual looping animations created by Paper Tape Disco, an assisted generative script that appropriates the visual language of Punched Paper Tape to create a choreography of dancing dots within a framework of chosen constraints.
Paper Tape Studies will be released in batches reaching 100 works in total. This collection serves as a prologue/genesis to Paper Tape Disco – a forthcoming collection.
